We do not accept inquiries from individual customers if they use the Inquires about Our Artists form.
Please fill in the form to provide information when you are submitting your inquiry.
The staff of the division in charge of the matter will contact you within seven business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holiday) after your inquiry is received.
It may take longer, depending on the nature of your inquiry. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note that we do not promise to answer, reply to, or address all inquiries. We appreciate your understanding.
If you have set limitations on the emails that you receive, such as adjustments to your domain settings, you need to change your settings so that you can receive emails from the domain @amuse.co.jp.
Please refrain from diverting or making secondary use of part or all of the content of our replies or answers to your inquiry.
Please note that we will not respond to your inquiry if it is not related to the category selected, or if you submit the same inquiry multiple times in a short period of time while changing the inquiry category.
If you use the inquiry form contrary to its purposes, such as obviously intentionally reporting false information or to defame us or our artists, we will take strict measures to address the matter.
