The Amuse Group developed its Medium-Term Vision to mark the 50th anniversary in 2028. To achieve this vision, we identified two key issues in our business activities: responding to globalization and responding to digital society and media diversification. We have launched initiatives to address these issues.

Responding to globalization

As the domestic population continues to decline, global expansion will be essential for sustainable growth in the future. We began expanding overseas early in our history, for instance with the organization of overseas performances for artists and the establishment of overseas subsidiaries. Harnessing this experience, we create an environment conducive to artists' global success, discover artists who speak multiple languages, and develop training programs to encourage entry to overseas markets.
While content originating in Japan is increasingly attracting global attention and appreciation, crossing national and cultural borders demands that we ensure our creative activities are of high quality and that we market them strategically. We continue to take on challenges so that we remain a preferred choice in the changing global marketplace.

Coping with digital society and media diversification

We combine technology and entertainment primarily through our subsidiary, Kulture. By developing and marketing services that take advantage of the latest technologies such as AI and Web3, we will build deeper and wider relationships between artists and fans, and provide new experiences that transcend physical distance.
As media diversifies and the needs of users become more diverse and sophisticated, it is more important than ever to consistently produce high-quality content in order to keep users interested. We will deliver moving emotion to as many people as possible while flexibly responding to changes in the business environment, by focusing on the in-house development of original IP and video content, and implementing a content strategy for enabling marketing across multiple media and platforms.
